广东文化产业区域发展不平衡状况的缓解策略研究

文化产业区域发展不平衡虽然是一种常态,但发展过度不平衡,则是发展不科学的表现。缓解文化产业区域发展不平衡现象,不仅对欠发达地区的文化建设具有重要的推动作用,还对协调区域发展、提升科学发展水平、增强综合竞争力具有重大意义。广东文化产业发展的对策是区域要差异化发展、协同性发展,经济文化互动发展。同时,要加强对经济欠发达地区文化产业发展的决策支撑,进一步落实倾斜性区域文化产业发展扶持政策,鼓励支持文化产业多样化、特色化、品牌化发展。

Study on Strategies of Alleviating Regional Unbalanced Development in Guangdong Cultural Industry

Regional unbalanced development in cultural industry is a normalcy, but extremely unbalanced devel- opment is a manifestation of unscientific development. Alleviation of regional unbalanced development in cultural in- dustry not only plays important role of improving cultural construction in underdeveloped areas but also is of great im- portance in coordinating regional development, promoting scientific development level and strengthening comprehen- sive competitiveness. Countermeasures of developing Guangdong cultural industry are to make differential and coopera- tive development in regions and interactive development in economic culture. In the meantime, support of deci- sion-making should be strengthened in the development of cultural industry in economically underdeveloped areas and supportive policy should be further implemented in favorable cultural industry development in the regions and diversi- fied, characterized and branded development should be encouraged and supported.
