| 摘 要： | 助学贷款业务在国外开展已久 ,而在我国由金融机构经营管理的国家助学贷款和经营性助学贷款业务才刚开始试点 ,暴露出种种不足与差距。文章通过对中外助学贷款的比较 ,特别是补贴、担保和还贷机制的比较研究 ,提出完善我国助学贷款机制的建议。

| Abstract: | Supporting-education Loans have been offered abroad for a long time, while at home supporting-education loans and running loans offered by financial organizations have just been developed as experiments, and sorts of shortages and disadvantages have been shown up. By contrasting and discussing sino-foreign supporting- education loans, especially the mechanism of subsidy, guarantee and paying loans, the authors of the article make their suggestions to perfect the mechanism of native supporting-education loan. |
