| 摘 要： | 我国电力产业市场化改革的目标已经确立,电力价格形成机制的改革是其中最重要的内容之一。文章分析了我国现行电力价格形成机制的现状和问题,针对存在的问题,从上网电价、输配电价、销售电价、电价联动机制的建立四个方面提出电价形成机制改革的建议。

The reform in the system of power price is one of the most important contents, This paper analyses the present situation and problem of the system of power price, and proposes some suggestions on the reform of forming system of power price from following four aspects:network power price, transmission and distribution power price, selling power price, the constrwtion of integrated system of power price. |
