| 摘 要： | 效率思想源于经济学。效率思想也经历了四个主要的演变阶段：古典政治经济学的自由竞争效率论,即专业化分工带来生产效率、自由竞争促进市场效率、国际贸易提高国际效率;新古典经济学的价格均衡效率论,包括马歇尔的均衡理论、瓦尔拉斯的一般均衡理论、帕累托效率论;凯恩斯主义的国家干预效率论,即国家干预经济运行,才能熨平经济波动,保证经济持续增长,国家干预经济的政策有财政政策和货币政策;新自由主义的“三化”效率论,即“市场化”、“自由化”和“私有化”。

| Abstract: | The efficiency thought comes from economics.The efficiency thought also experienced four stages:The free competition efficiency of Classic Political Economics,professional division of labour to bring a production efficiency,free competition to promote the market efficiency,international trade raise an international efficiency;The price balanced efficiency theory of New Classic Economics,include the Marshall's balanced theory,the General Balanced Theory of Walras and Pareto Optimality theory;The national intervention efficiency theory of Keynes Economics,the nation interfere economic movement,assurance economy keeping on increasing,nation intervention economy of the policy have finance policy and monetary policy;New Liberalism Economics efficiency theory:"the marketism","liberalism" with"privatize". |
