基于拉尼斯-费模式的城乡一体化阶段性研究——以广西为例

城乡一体化以比较优势及分工理论为基础,强调生产要素空间的自由流动及合理布局。城乡一体化既是经济社会发展的目的,又是经济社会发展的过程。拉尼斯-费模式揭示了农村剩余劳动力向城市工业部门转移的过程,是描述城乡一体化的主要模式。城乡一体化的过程分为城乡二元结构松动阶段、城乡二元结构瓦解阶段和城乡融合阶段三个阶段,其中城乡二元结构瓦解阶段又分为前期和后期两个阶段。广西处于城乡二元结构瓦解阶段的前期,在这个时期应该采取发展工业化、加强农村人口的培训、加大财政转移支付等政策。
