以培养中小企业基层管理人才为目标的教学改进

目前,基层管理人才的匮乏成为影响中小企业发展的瓶颈。而企业对人才的需求及毕业生就业难却形成明显反差,这说明目前管理类专业教学缺乏培养面向中小企业的、面向基层的、有实践能力的管理人才的针对性和有效性。因此,根据中小企业的基层管理人才的需求,改进教学手段和方法,强化实践教学,加强校企合作,对提高企业管理水平和促进毕业生就业具有重要意义。
