| 摘 要： | 当前国内对公司治理文化评价的研究,还基本上处于定性分析的初级阶段,至于如何定量分析,还没有形成一套科学、系统的评价体系。文章引入突变模型,在建立公司治理文化指标评价体系的基础上,利用突变理论的基本思想和突变系统的三种常用类型,对公司治理文化进行综合评价,并对照层次分析法对突变决策方法进行了优缺点评价。

| Abstract: | To the corporate governance culture,the research is just on the primary qualitative stage in our country.A kind of scientific systematical evalution system hasn't been formed to analyze in quantity.The paper tries to classify the evaluation points,creates a systematical evaluation index system based on catastrophe theory,and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the method compared with analytic hierarchy process. |
