铁路物流基地智能化运营管理平台设计研究

铁路物流基地是铁路物流要素集聚的重要场所,是铁路提供现代物流服务的重要载体,通过铁路物流基地智能化的需求分析,以生产指挥中心、商务运作中心、园区管理中心和信息交互枢纽为目标,探讨“顶层设计+平台建设+装备创新+底层技术”的铁路物流基地智能化实现路径。在此基础上,提出铁路物流基地智能化运营管理平台设计思路,构建“三板块六系统”的铁路物流基地智能化运营管理平台功能架构,形成了以时空定位、图像识别、智能感知、智能优化四大智能化底层技术架构,为铁路物流基地智能化提供技术支撑。

A Research on the Design of the Intelligent Operation and Management Platform of the Railway Logistics Base

Railway logistics base is an important place for railway logistics elements to gather, and an important carrier for railway to provide modern logistics services. This paper analyzes the demand on intelligent operation of railway logistics bases. Aiming at establishing the production command center, business operation center, park management center and information exchange hub, this paper puts forward the intelligent solution idea of "top-level design + platform construction + equipment innovation + bottom technology". The functional structure of intelligent operation and management platform of railway logistics base is constructed based on "three modules and six systems", and four intelligent bottom technical structures are formed, which are space-time positioning, image recognition, intelligent perception and intelligent optimization, which provides technical support for building intelligent railway logistics base.
