北京局集团公司管内石太线运输能力方案研究

摘    要:在目前京津冀地区环保治理、提高煤炭铁路集港运量的背景下,石太线运输能力已经不能满足运输需求。为提高石太线运输能力,在阐述北京局集团公司管内石太线运输能力限制瓶颈的基础上,针对提高石太线运输能力的3种方案进行比选,推荐采用方案III有利于缩短限制区段列车追踪间隔、增加白羊墅站股道容车数、增加石家庄枢纽接车能力,显著提高赛鱼分界口通过列车对数、限制区段货流密度及阳泉地区煤炭发送量。石太线运输提效解决方案为北京局集团公司既有线能力紧张区段提供借鉴。

Abstract:At present,under the background of environmental protection in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and increasing the volume of coal freight collected from railway ports,the transportation capacity of Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan railway cannot meet the transportation demand.In order to improve the transport capacity of Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan Railway,on the basis of explaining the bottleneck of the transport capacity limitation of local Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan Railway in Beijing Group,this paper compares and chooses three schemes to improve the transport capacity of Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan Railway,and recommends scheme III to shorten the train tracking interval in the restricted section,increase the number of track in Baiyangshu Station,increase the receiving capacity of Shijiazhuang junction,and significantly improve the pair of trains passing through the Saiyu junction,the cargo flow density in the restricted section and the coal delivery in Yangquan area.Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan railway transportation efficiency improvement solution provides a reference for Beijing Group Co.,Ltd.in the capacity-constrained section of the existing line.
