基础设施投资与固定资产投资对GDP贡献率的比较

基础设施的发展对社会经济发展具有重要作用,且外部性显著。为了证明基础设施的发展对国民经济发展的重要性,利用计量经济学模型,计算了全社会固定资产投资和基础设施投资对GDP的边际贡献率,得出基础设施投资较全社会固定资产投资对GDP具有高边际贡献率,要发展国民经济,基础设施投资必须先行的结论。

Comparison on the Contribution Rate of Infrastructure Investments and Fixed Assets Investment to GDP

The development of infrastructure hasimportant influence to the social economic development,and its externality is significant.To illustrate the significanceof infrastructure development on national economicdevelopment,this paper calculates the marginalcontribution rate both of the whole fixed assets investmentand infrastructure investment to GDP by using theeconometric model.The result shows the marginalcontribution rate of infrastructure investment to GDP ishigher than that of the whole fixed assets investment,andthe infrastructure investments must be developed aheadof the national economic development.
