| 摘 要： | 针对两种物流市场环境下从事不同物流服务的功能型物流企业之间建立的纵向联盟,从企业的业务量、利润,以及市场价格的影响等方面进行定量分析,结果显示在两种市场环境下建立纵向联盟对联盟企业的影响是一致的,并且对联盟企业都是有利的,从而表明建立纵向联盟可以提高功能型物流企业的竞争力。

| Abstract: | Through establishing longitudinal alliance among functional logistics enterprises which are engaged in different logistic services under two kinds of market conditions, the essay analyzes quantitatively the influence of longitudinal alliance on each member enterprises in terms of the influence on business volume, profit and market price. The result shows that all the allied enterprises could gain benefits from such alliance. In other word, establishment of longitudinal alliance among functional logistics enterprises could significantly enhance the competitiveness of functional logistics enterprises. |
