潍新高速铁路引入新沂铁路地区方案研究

摘    要:潍新高速铁路作为我国高速铁路网络中京沪通道的重要组成部分,是有效连通鲁南和苏北地区的重要通道。在分析潍新高速铁路引入新沂铁路地区影响的基础上,结合新沂铁路地区的铁路线路和车站的现有布局,提出潍新高速铁路引入新沂铁路地区方案由引入新沂南站方案(方案I)和引入新建客运站方案(方案II)2个方案及子方案组成。经综合比选,推荐采用新建新沂西客站子方案(方案II-2)为潍新高速铁路引入新沂铁路地区的最佳方案。合理确定潍新高速铁路引入新沂铁路地区方案,可以充分发挥新沂铁路地区铁路客运功能,增强新沂市的辐射效应。

Abstract:As an essential part of Beijing-Shanghai Corridor in China’s high-speed railway network,Weifang-Xinyi Railway is a vital corridor to connect southern Shandong and Northern Jiangsu effectively.Based on the analysis of the influence of the introduction of Weixin High-Speed Railway into Xinyi Railway Area,combined with the railway lines in Xinyi Railway Area and the existing layout of the station,this paper proposes two schemes and sub-schemes of the introduction of Weixin High-Speed Railway into Xinyi Railway Area,such as the scheme of the introduction of Xinyi South Railway Station(scheme I)and the scheme of the introduction of new passenger station(scheme II).After comprehensive comparison and selection,it is recommended to adopt the new Xinyi West Passenger Station sub-scheme(scheme II-2)as the best scheme for the introduction of Weixin High-Speed railway into Xinyi Railway Area.The reasonable plan of introducing Weixin High-Speed Railway into Xinyi Area can give full play to the passenger transport function of Xinyi Railway Area and enhance the radiation effect of Xinyi City.
