Exploration on the mid-term strategic planning of mid-western railway in Inner Mongolia

The article analyzes the advantage and disadvantages as well as opportunities and challenges of midwestern railwaydevelopment in Inner Mongolia basing on the social economical situation of railway service area of huhehaote railway bureau, and explores the mid-term strategic plan of the railway bureau in an effort to raise the management level of enterprise.
