| 摘 要： | 通过中德两国铁路工程建设标准体系及其特点、铁路标准管理体制、高速铁路主要技术标准的简要对比分析,参考借鉴德国铁路技术和标准＂走出去＂的经验,结合我国铁路实际情况,提出我国铁路标准＂走出去＂的初步建议。
