| Abstract: | The article discusses the investment and fund-raising mode and operation and management mode by systematically summing up the characteristics and experiences of Korean HSR construction and development.Since Korea＇s HSR is developed through absorbing foreign technologies and re-innovation,thus research on the practical experience of Korean HSR construction and operation will be of great importance to the modernization and sustainable development of HSR in our country. |
