| Abstract: | The article gives an analysis to the characteristics of modern logistics enterprises,and the characteristics are derived from both service and manufacture enterprises.The limits of the models on value chain and service profit chain in analyzing modern logistics enterprises are discussed.Based on the analysis and discussion,the article gives proposals to the development of the value chain of modern logistics enterprises. |
