| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the flow of international capital and the new characteristics and tendency for the utilization of foreign direct investment in China,the current situation and existed problems for the utilization of foreign direct investment in the metallurgical industry are discussed.A number of suggestions which would promote the utilization of foreign direct investment in the metallurgical industry to progress in a healthy and ordered manner are proposed. |
