| 摘 要： | 城市郊区化是城市发展的必经阶段,对郊区化的研究有利于认识城市发展的过程.从已有的郊区化理论成果出发,以市场经济为背景提出了郊区化的定义和内涵,分析了郊区化的市场和制度改革驱动机制;郊区化的过程;城市郊区化的经济、社会和环境效益.
