| 摘 要： | 认为城市化所产生的资源环境问题,关键不在于城市化本身,而在于城市化的发展模式是否与资源环境相适应;不同的城市化模式所产生的资源环境效应是不同的,它受到发展理念、环境政策和技术水平等因素的影响;粗放型的城市化模式在经济发展中加大了资源环境消耗的强度和数量,而集约型的城市化模式则降低了资源环境消耗的强度和数量,有利于在经济发展中处理资源环境问题.
