城市社区集体物品合作供给的制度约束——以住宅小区电梯维保为例

社区成员自发合作供给是解决城市社区集体物品供给困境的可能路径,但合作供给模式的发育面临个体认知调整及内部制度环境的约束。以南京市42个住宅小区公用电梯的维保更新为例的实证研究表明,包括个人习惯、群体习俗和内在化正式规则等内在制度对社区集体物品的合作供给模式的形成具有重要制约作用。由于内在制度的变迁受制于个体认知和信念的调整,应采用认知触发模式进行重点触发、协同触发,以期促进集体物品合作供给习俗的发育。

Institutional constraints in the supply of collective facilities of urban communities
