我国城市化与就业结构偏差的比较分析

以人均GDP、产值结构和就业结构与城市化进行比较,分析得出我国城市化与产值结构相比滞后,但与就业结构相比并不滞后,城市化滞后的实质是就业结构滞后的结论。通过分析我国工业化过程中产业结构演变过程和就业结构偏差的特点,以规模分析与结构分析相结合的方法,探讨了我国城市化与就业结构偏差形成的根源,认为人多地少的基本国情决定了改善偏差将是一个长期的过程。

Comparative analysis to the urbanization and employment structure difference

Based on the comparative analysis to GDP per capital,urbanization and employment structure,this article comes to the conclusion that the real substance of urbanization lagging is the evolution lagging of employment structure.Based on the analysis to the industrialization course and the characteristics of employment structure in China,it shows that vast population and limited farmland are the root cause of deviation of urbanization and employment structure,and to change the deviation is a long way to go.
