摘    要:采用能值分析方法,在各个能值指标与其他国家和地区相应指标进行比较分析的基础上,解读了北京市资源环境及经济发展状况.结果表明,北京市2001年全年利用总能值非常丰富;系统经济发展程度较高,但与发达国家相比还有差距,经济发展在很大程度上依赖外界的支持;在对外贸易中,系统处于有利地位;工业化程度并非很高,应加强电力的利用;系统环境资源相对匮乏;环境压力大,远远超过了环境承载力.因此,必须在合理有效利用资源、切实保护环境的基础上,适当控制人口的增长.

Abstract:The developmental level of Beijing urban ecosystem was evaluated in detail by using a new method-emergy analysis.A series of emergy indexes were established and compared with those of other countries and regions.Then,the statuses of social,economic and environmental subsystems of Beijing urban ecosystem were analyzed quantificationally.As a result,in 2001,the total emergy utilized in the whole system was abundant;the level of economic development was high,but difference could be found,compared with developed counties;environmental recourses were deficient comparatively;the industrialized level was not very high,and the utilization of power should be strengthened;it was dominant in trade;the press of environment was great.So the speed of population growing in Beijing should be controlled properly.
