综改试验区背景下的临汾市城镇化发展战略

基于山西省"转型综改试验区"建设的背景,针对临汾市城镇化发展中存在的现实问题,剖析了"转型综改试验区"建设出现困境的根源及其影响因素。应用双向转移和生态城市规划理论,确定了以产业发展带动城镇化提速提质的发展战略,并据此提出了临汾市城镇化的实施途径。

Development strategy for Linfen urbanization in the context of comprehensive reform

In the context of the project of "comprehensive reconstruction sample district" of Shanxi Province,this article focuses on the key problems of the urbanization progress in Linfen City and analyzes the influencing factors in order to find out the orientation for the initial solution.By applying the urban design theory of cross transferring and biographic friendly city,this article proposes that to put the industrial development as the acceleration engine should be the key strategy.The related implementation procedure is also proposed for the urbanization of Linfen City.
