| 摘 要： | 在深入剖析大城市和卫星城市发展影响因素的基础上,基于空间相互作用的潜力模型和交通对城镇发展影响的经济势理论,构建了卫星城发展优势度模型,该模型可用于分析卫星城规划、主卫城间交通联系对卫星城发展的影响等,并以西安市为例,验证了该模型在卫星城规划中的应用. |

| Abstract: | Based on the deep analysis to the factors impacting the development of central city and its satellite towns,this paper constructs advantage model for the development of satellite towns according to the potential theory model related to spatial interaction and the theory of economic power.This model can be used to analyze the impact on the development of satellite towns brought by satellite town planning and the transportation between central city and its new towns.Taking Xi'an as an example,this paper tests its application of this model in satellite town planning. |
