高职专业建设：内涵、结构及其相关性研究

专业建设是高职院校提高人才培养质量、提升综合竞争力的关键要素。本文通过对北京经济管理职业学院会计专业建设经验总结，发现专业建设的内涵特征有：阶段性和过程性、强实践性、层次性、主体多元性及特色性。为实现专业建设的终极目标，专业建设应具备以下内涵要求：以提高人才培养质量为首要任务，以职业能力培养为本位，以基于工作过程的课程体系开发为基本要求，以坚持工学结合为根本途径，以形成性考评体系为保障。

A study on the higher vocational specialty development,structure and their Correlation

For higher vocational education, it is a professional factor to improve the quality of talent training and to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the key elements. This article through a case study of accounting to the experiences of professional specialty development in Beijing Institute of Economic Management, find that professional development features are as follows： periodic and procedural, strong practical, level subject pluralism and characteristics. To achieve the ultimate goal, of professional specialty development we should have the following five core requirements： improving the quality of talent training for primary task, professional ability training as the standard based, on the work process of curriculum system development as the basic requirement, adhering to the work-integrated learning as the basic ways and to formative assessment system for security. In order to finish the central financial support of the accounting major construction projects, we will divide the whole project into 15 related subprojects and implement the subproject responsibility system.
