| 摘 要： | 本文依据科技创新人才环境的基本理论，通过对北京市20家企业的实地调研，得到了科技创新人才对宏观和微观环境的需求及其满意程度的第一手数据资料，在资料分析的基础上，有针对性地为政府和企业提出了完善科技创新人才环境的政策建议。

| Abstract: | According to the basic theories on technological innovation talent environment, this paper got hold of first-hand data of the need and satisfaction of technological innovation talent on the macro and micro environment through investigation of 20 enterprises in Beijing. And based on the analysis of this information, the paper put forward some policies and recommendations of improving technological innovation talent environment for the government and enterprises. |
