摘    要:本文阐述了"中国服务"理念的四个环境要素——系统、市场、客户、服务提供者和三个基本内涵——国际水准、本土特色和物超所值,介绍了首旅集团对"中国服务"的科学实践,为践行"中国服务"理念、打造"中国服务"品牌提供了系统的诠释和有益的经验。

Abstract:This paper firstly illustrated the four environment elements : system,market,customers and service provider,and the three fundamental connotation :international standard,local features and in-expensive but elegant as the main characteristics of China service.Secondly,based on the idea of China characteristic service and with the goal of making China characteristic service as their brand,the paper introduced their practices and valuable experiences of the Beijing Tourism Group.
