| 摘 要： | 文章从重组的角度对我国上市公司绩效进行了实证分析,文中采用财务指标分析方法来衡量重组前后的样本业绩变动,并以此分析和检验了2001年我国上市公司重组绩效.分析结果表明:上市公司重组绩效呈现先升后降状态,但是从整体上看重组是有效的.

| Abstract: | The article analyses the performances of China's stock-holding corporations re_c onstructuring by examples. This article also adopts analysis of financial indic ators showing the changes after the reorganization. Based on this data, the arti cle specifically analyses and verifies the reorganization performances of China' s stock-holding corporations in 2001. The analysis result demonstrates that the performances present the status of earlier rising then dropping, but effective o n the whole. |
