我国新能源战略的重大技术挑战及化解对策

摘    要:我国能源消费导致严重的环境污染,并且能源供给紧张,为破除这些难题,亟需新能源技术取得突破性发展,以实现新能源的大量生产和供应。我国发展新能源面临三项重大技术挑战:环保型新能源产生大量污染与能耗,新能源产业并非高新技术产业,关键技术与核心技术落后于国际先进水平且严重依赖海外。在对化解三大技术挑战提出对策建议的基础上,为我国能源安全、环境安全、经济安全、社会安全提供了应对之策。

Abstract:China's existing energy consumption caused serious environmental pollution and tense energy supply. In order to get rid of these problems, China urgently needs new energy technology to achieve breakthrough so that to get mass production and supply of new energy. China is facing three key technical challenges for new energy that the environment-friendly new energy also produces a lot of pollution and energy consumption, that China's new energy industry is not high-tech industry, and that China's key and core technology falls behind the international advanced level. To resolve the three major technical challenges, this paper discusses related countermeasures and suggestions, which provides countermeasures for China's energy security, environmental security, economic security and social security.
