| Abstract: | The paper gives a precision analyses of the notion of anti-claims;and bases the views on these analyses,the authour affirmed that the construction contract anti-claims has Two-way Character.And then proceeds to affirm the equal right on anti-claims of constractor. On the basis of basic target of construction contract, this paper raises that focus of anti-claim is to prevent the occurrence of claim event. |
