| 摘 要： | 工程项目在全寿命周期内存在大量的不确定性风险因素,阻碍了工程项目目标的实现,也引起了人们对工程项目全寿命周期风险管理的重视。在分析了工程项目风险的基础上,提出了工程项目全寿命周期风险集成化管理。并分析了工程项目全寿命周期风险集成化管理特点及重点。旨在为提高工程项目管理水平提供理论上的依据。

| Abstract: | There are many risks in engineering project in its life cycle,which are the serious barriers to realize the settled goals,and which led to great attentions been paid to study on life cycle integrated risk management of project.Based on analysis the risk of project,life cycle integrated risk management of project was given.After this,this paper analysis the different management strategies in life cycle integrated risk management of project.This paper aims at the scientificness of making policy for the management of project. |
