| 摘 要： | 在分析我国各类从事投资控制企业的特点的基础上，参照国外项目管理企业的成熟度评价标准，指出了我国各类咨询企业发展成为项目管理企业的潜力和优势，并提出了我国组建项目管理企业所亟待解决的问题及有关的资质认证标准和策略，希望能对我国开展工程项目管理起到参考作用。
