| 摘 要： | 随着我国WTO的加入，建筑市场的进一步改革与完善，建设监理如何与国际惯例接轨是当前监理领域讨论的热点问题。作者分析了我国监理行业的现状及其弊端，研究了WTO对我国监理行业改革与发展的有利因素，并在此基础上提出了相应的改革思路。
