城市化、人力资本集聚与产业结构调整

城市化会通过人力资本集聚影响产业结构调整。基于此,本文选择2003~2018年我国31个省际面板数据予以实证检验。研究发现:城市化通过人力资本集聚提高了全国产业结构合理化与高级化指数;人力资本集聚对产业结构合理化作用在东部最大,对产业结构高级化作用在中部最大;城市化对人力资本集聚作用在中部最大;产业结构调整对城市化作用在东部最大。因此,长期产业结构调整应强调城市化的主体地位,强化人力资本集聚,有效发挥人力资本集聚对产业结构的调整作用。

Urbanization,Human Capital Agglomeration and Industrial Structure Adjustment

Urbanization affecting industrial structure adjustment through human capital agglomeration.Based on this,this paper selects the inter-provincial panel data from 2003 to 2018 to make an empirical test.The research findings are as follows:National urbanization leads to the rationalization index and upgrading index of industrial structure through the human capital agglomeration channel;the agglomeration of human capital in the east has the greatest impact on the rationalization of industrial structure,while the agglomeration of human capital in the middle has the greatest impact on the upgrading of industrial structure.Urbanization in central China has the greatest influence on human capital agglomeration.The industrial structure in the east has the greatest impact on urbanization.China’s long-term industrial structure adjustment needs to further highlight the dominant position of urbanization,increase the intensity of human capital agglomeration,and promote the effective play of human capital agglomeration to industrial structure adjustment.
