| Abstract: | Today's era is a digital information age,whose influence has penetrated into many industrial fields.As an important information resource with social value of individuals,personnel archives contain a variety of information such as individual growth,learning and work,and their importance is worthy of attention.Different units will have corresponding storage of personnel archives and corresponding management personnel.The development of digital construction is very important for the development of personnel archives.It is worth promoting its constructive development whether to improve the work efficiency,the utilization rate of archives,or the improvement of security and service. |
