摘    要:医生是各医院的核心性人才,对公立医院而言,激发其工作潜能、激励其提高工作绩效尤为重要。然而不同的医生因性别、年龄、职称等的不同,在激励需求上存在较大的差异性。为此,论文主要通过问卷调查的方式,对公立医院医生在激励方式上所表现出的倾向性进行研究,并试图通过分析研究对公立医院医生激励问题提出相关的建议。

Abstract:Doctors are the core talents of hospitals.For public hospitals,it is particularly important to stimulate their work potential and improve work performance.However,due to the differences in gender,age and professional title of different doctors,there are great differences in incentive needs.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the tendency shown in the incentive mode of doctors in public hospitals by means of questionnaire survey,and tries to put forward relevant suggestions on the motivation of doctors in public hospitals through analysis and research.
