| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the analysis of the reasons for the change of enterprise organizational structure and the issues that should be paid attention to in the process of change.Based on the systematic analysis and study of the case,this paper systematically studies how the organizational structure change adapts to and promotes the sustainable development of the company,the main driving force of the change,the main strategies of the change,and on this basis,puts forward the relevant suggestions for the organizational structure change of the enterprise. |
