Analysis and Reflections on the Demand Situation of Talents in Shortage in Shenyang City

Based on the survey data on the talents in shortage of nearly 4000 enterprises in key industries in Shenyang City,the paper focuses on exploring the relationship between the job requirements of the talents in shortage in Shenyang in the past two years and the degree of shortage,the conditions of employment and other influencing factors,so as to provide a reference for job seekers'selection of employment direction and job with real data and accurate analysis.In addition,the paper puts forward some suggestions,such as improving the training plan of colleges and universities,building the exchange platform for professional talents,improving the talents development mechanism of enterprises,optimizing the policy of professional talents and so on.
