中小企业成本管理问题与对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Cost Management in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important force in China's national economy and play an important role in China's economic development.With the increasingly fierce market competition,small and medium-sized enterprises are often difficult to achieve long-term development due to problems existing in capital flow,talent support,technology and other aspects.Therefore,in order to achieve the long-term development goal,small and medium-sized enterprises should strengthen the management and control of enterprise cost.Therefore,this paper studies and discusses in detail the problems existing in the cost management of small and medium-sized enterprises and the corresponding countermeasures.
