Counselors are the essential backbone in the management work of college students.The relationship between counselors and students is the most prominent and direct interpersonal relationship in colleges,and it is particularly important to build mutual trust relationship between them.This paper analyzes the appearance of the lack of mutual trust between college counselors and college students,expounds its harm,further clarifies the importance of building mutual trust relationship,and tells the realization ways of building trust relationship from four aspects.
