| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着我国发展战略与政策的转变以及发展能力的提高,国家各级单位对科研创新管理的重视程度也不断提高,其希望通过制定合理、科学的管理计划,提升科研人员的研发热情以及项目设立的合理性。在达到科研目标的同时,有效降低科研成本,提升研究各阶段对于经费资源的利用率。基于此,论文对财务视角下的科研项目经费管理进行了研究。

| Abstract: | In recent years,with the transformation of China's development strategy and policy and the improvement of development ability,the national units at all levels pay more and more attention to the management of scientific research and innovation.They hope to improve the enthusiasm of scientific research personnel and the rationality of project establishment through the development of a rational and scientific management plan.While achieving the scientific research objectives,they effectively reduce the scientific research costs and improve the utilization of funds and resources at all stages of research.Based on this,the paper studies the funds management of scientific research projects from the financial perspective. |
