摘    要:随着“90后”成为职场新生代,青年员工离职的案例也越来越多,国有企业青年员工诉求渠道不畅、现代企业制度不健全依然是保证国有企业青年员工队伍稳定的绊脚石,畅通和拓宽青年员工诉求渠道对于国有企业稳定人才队伍愈发重要。

Abstract:With the"post-90s"becoming the new generation of the workplace,there are more and more resignation cases of young employees.The obstructed appeal channels of young employees in state-owned enterprises and the imperfect modern enterprise system are still the stumbling blocks to ensure the stability of the team of young employees in state-owned enterprises.It is increasingly important for state-owned enterprises to stabilize their talents team by opening up and broadening the appeal channels for young employees.
