| Abstract: | Starting from the characteristics of cogeneration enterprises,through the study of lean cost management theory,this paper summarizes the evaluation index of lean cost management of cogeneration enterprises,and summarizes the management countermeasures of lean cost management in the practical application of cogeneration enterprises through the analysis of the index. |
