中小企业融资结构问题及对策研究

资本是企业经济活动的第一推动力和持续动力。获得稳定的资金来源,及时筹集生产要素组合所需资金,是企业持续健康发展的必要条件。当前,融资难已成为制约中小企业发展的瓶颈,融资结构失衡是很重要的原因。论文对我国中小企业的融资结构现状进行分析,基于直接融资和间接融资的比较分析,针对我国中小企业融资过程中存在的问题提出相应的对策和建议。

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Financing Structure of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

Capital is the first driving force and sustained driving force of enterprise economic activities.It is the necessary condition for the sustainable and healthy development of an enterprise to obtain stable capital source and raise the capital needed by the combination of production factors in time.At present,the financing difficulty has become the bottleneck restricting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,the imbalance of financing structure is a very important reason.This paper analyzes the current situation of the financing structure of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.Based on the comparative analysis of direct financing and indirect financing,it puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the problems existing in the financing process of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.
