With the rapid development of China's economy,the state pays more and more attention to the problems of labor relations in the human resources management of small and medium-sized enterprises.In order to further strengthen the human resources management of small and medium-sized enterprises,we need to take the human resources strategic planning and management as the basic support according to the actual situation,improve the labor relations management work in human resources management,and clarify the connotation of labor relations management.Therefore,this paper briefly analyzes the problems of labor relations management in the human resources management of small and medium-sized enterprises,and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
