| 摘 要： | 大学生就业问题是目前社会各界关注的热点,如何有效提升大学生就业核心竞争力显得至关重要。论文剖析大学生就业核心竞争力内涵及结构,分析大学生就业核心竞争力的主观因素、客观因素,从培养方案、职业道德、专业知识、就业指导等方面探索提升大学生就业核心竞争力的途径。

| Abstract: | The employment problem of college students is the focus of attention from all walks of life,how to effectively enhance the college students'core competence in employment is very important.This paper analyzes the connotation and structure of the college students'core competence in employment,analyzes the subjective and objective factors of the college students'core competence in employment,and explores ways to improve the college students'core competence in employment from the aspects of training program,professional ethics,professional knowledge and employment guidance. |
