| 摘 要： | 国企是我国经济构成的重要一环,是我国公有制为主体的经济体制的基础。现如今,随着我国经济改革的推进,国企也逐渐进入市场化体系中,与广大民营企业和外资企业共同竞争。在这样的情况下,人才管理就显得极其重要。论文从专业技术人员管理的角度出发,针对具体的问题提出相应的对策,促进专业技术人员管理水平的提升。

| Abstract: | State-owned enterprise is an important part of China's economy and the foundation of the economic system with public ownership as the main body.Nowadays,with the development of China's economic reform,state-owned enterprises have gradually entered the market-oriented system,competing with private enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises.In this case,talent management is extremely important.From the perspective of professional and technical personnel management,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures for specific problems to improve the management level of professional and technical personnel. |
