The Influence of Business Administration on Enterprise Transformation and Relevant Countermeasures

In order to better cope with the fierce market competition,enterprises need to keep up with the development needs of the times and actively transform their own development mode,thus laying a good foundation for the optimization and upgrading of enterprise structure.As a key link in enterprise planning and construction,business administration plays a key guiding role in promoting the improvement of enterprise management.Therefore,the government must focus on the supervision and inspection of every link of business administration in the current process of enterprise development and expansion,and optimize the treatment of the problems in enterprise management,so as to better promote the development of enterprises toward modernization.This paper firstly summarizes the connotation of business administration,and then analyzes the influence of business administration on enterprise transformation,and finally analyzes the path of optimizing business administration to promote the development of enterprise transformation.
