关于沈阳市重点行业紧缺人才需求现状的调研分析

摘    要:人才是区域发展中最重要与稀缺的战略资源和核心能力,国内各大城市的"抢人"现象凸显出当前经济竞争在一定程度上就是人才竞争。论文通过问卷、网络、访谈等方法对沈阳市重点行业企业的紧缺人才情况调查,分析区域行业发展需求人才市场现状、紧缺程度及影响因素,客观呈现沈阳市重点行业当前人才需求情况,为政府和行业企业决策以及人才流动提供现实依据。

Abstract:Talent is the most important and scarce strategic resource and core ability in regional development.The phenomenon of"grabbing people"in domestic cities highlights that the current economic competition is,to a certain extent,talent competition.Through questionnaire,network,interview and other methods,this paper investigates the shortage of talents in key industry enterprises in Shenyang City.This paper analyzes the current situation,shortage degree and influencing factors of the talent market for the development of regional industries,objectively presents the current talent demand of key industries in Shenyang City,and provides practical basis for the decision making of government and industry enterprises and the talent flow.
