关于高校人才培养模式改革的理性思考

Rational Thoughts of the Reform of Talents Training Mode in Colleges and Universities

With the continuous development of China's national economy and the continuous improvement of social living standards,the demand for high-quality talents in national construction is growing.The mode of talent training in colleges and universities should also conform to the development of the times,and constantly carry out reform and improvement.In order to achieve the reform of talent training mode in colleges and universities,it needs to break the limitations of the existing education mode and combine with the market demand.In view of the characteristics of China's economic system development mode,at this stage,there are many problems in the talent training mode of China's colleges and universities,which needs further reform and improvement in the aspects of specialty setting,education cost and curriculum practice.This paper will rationally discuss the problems existing in the talent training mode of colleges and universities in China,the achievements of the reform at this stage and the direction of the reform in the future.
